Tal Gal-Cohen is an international expert on wine, beer, and spirits. He holds a Master's degree from Australia’s University of Adelaide and has vest experience tasting beverages from around the world. Mr. Gal-Cohen is an experienced journalist and has worked for the past 7 years as a wine and liquor reporter for G magazine. He has also worked as a senior reporter for Wine and Gourmet Magazine and appears regularly on television and radio. Gal-Cohen is the proud author of Wine Trails – a Trip to Wineries in Israel published Cordinata and Alcohol and Classic Cocktails published by Carta.

Known for his charisma and his extensive network, Mr. Gal-Cohen was appointed by the Israeli Foreign Ministry as a Wine Ambassador, a role in which he strives to promote the wonders of Israeli wine and seeks out new opportunities for the Israeli wine industry. Through his efforts, the wineries of Israel have opened new commercial relations with importers and distributors worldwide. Mr. Gal-Cohen has also seen great success in creating new business opportunities in the food & beverage and tourism industry.

Mr. Gal-Cohen serves as the President of La Confrère de la Chaine des Rotisseurs in Israel and is a member of the Consielmagistral and the OrdreMondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs (OMGD).
