Biography

Yoheme R. Arendes is a Venezuelan lawyer, who has outstanding corporate and litigation experience. He was a corporate attorney for Internal Ceramic Corporation in Valencia, Carabobo State.

Mr. Arendes is a skilled trial attorney before Labor and Employment courts and has successfully represented clients in Civil, Commercial and Administrative trials before the District Court of Carabobo State. He was Accidental Civil Judge in Mercantile and Banking areas before the Judicial District of Falcon State.

Mr. Arendes is authorized to practice law before all Courts of Appeal of the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) in Venezuela, Caracas. Mr. Arendes was appointed Rapporteur before courts; contributed to the drafting of central lawsuits; and considered an expert in the preparation of legal opinions.
