Rallys is the founder of Laboratorios Bagó in Russia and Ukraine. As the General Director of Bagó Group in Asia, Europe and Africa; the Supply Director of Bagó Group in Argentina, the Chairman of Bagó Laboratories Singapore and the Chairman of BF Biosciences Pakistan, Rallys has negotiated pharmaceutical deals in more than 25 countries and has contacts in the international pharmaceutical community, art community and the Argentinean horse breeding industry.
Rallys is also the Director of the Argentina-Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce since 2010 and a member of the Jockey Club in Buenos Aires and co-founder of Stud Los Apostoles, an organization dedicated to training and developing race horses for Argentina, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Dubai and London.
Marcelo Diez, founder of founded Fratantoni, Diez & Asociados, a boutique consulting firm in Buenos Aires. The firm is known for assisting its clients with M&A projects in the media, construction, agriculture, entertainment, banking and finance, and insurance industries, is an Argentinean certified public accountant who specializes in tax, financial and management accounting. Marcelo also actively supports startups; in particular, those in the media, Internet, real estate, agribusiness, and technology sectors.
Marcelo is also a partner and director of GrupoClarin, Argentina's largest media conglomerate. Mr. Diez has been advising GrupoClarin on its acquisition of newspapers, radio stations, television companies, cable TV providers, telecoms companies and broadcasting stations since the group was established in 1990.
José, advertiser graduated at UCA (Argentine Catholic University), is the Director of PIZZOMKT, Sports Marketing and Advertising since 1995. PIZZO MKT organizes events of Marketing and Promotion for different companies and relates professional players of different teams with their brands and these with players.
José organizes ESPN campaign ‘ Schools in Action’ in Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay and is the Teacher of Sports Marketing at the ‘ River Plate’ University Institute.
Jesse has been advising clients for over 35 years as a lawyer and a banker on both in-bound and out-bound investments relating to Greater China. Jesse is the Managing Partner of TransAsia Lawyers, and the founder of its Outbound Investment practice. He also maintains overall responsibility for TransAsia’s international client base.
Driven by his passion for Chinese cross-border transactions, Jesse first began exploring the concept of CGA in early 2011. It has evolved under his guidance ever since, benefiting from his years of hands-on experience. Jesse’s vision for CGA is to create a dynamic platform which will not only provide useful, relevant and up-to-date information for Chinese investors, but one which will also enable foreign asset owners to gain access to Chinese investors.
