Addis Ababa, September 5, 2019 (FBC) – Abay Industrial Development Share Company is set to build a metal factory in the city of Bahir Dar, Amhara regional state, at a cost of 4 billion birr.
The factory will produce materials that are essential for the construction industry, said Melaku Alebel Chairperson of Board of Directors of the Share Company.
The factory would export its products to neighboring countries besides meeting local demand, he said in an interview with FBC.
The board would provide the necessary support for the timely completion of the factory that is expected to take two years and a half.
