Local Argentinean refrigerated slaughterhouse leads bovine meat exports

Gorina Company’s annual sales exceeded the larger Brazilian groups for the second consecutive year, becoming the main bovine export firm in Argentina.

Gorina exported 25,429 tons for a total amunt of 140,8 million  USD, with China as its main destination (9,215 tons).

Riusech, owner of the Company, attended the last edition of SIAL-China in Shanghai and assured the fair was a successful way to secure sales with Chinese buyers. He affirms the important role of China, being Argentina’s principal market.

In the second place of the ranking, is the Argentinean Slaughterhouse Arre Beef, which exported 23,327 million tons in 2016, also with china as its principal destination.  

Finally, the third place is occupied by JBC, Brazilian multinational Company.
