Morgan & Morgan Legal advised DMB in the acquisition of the Anschütz Group Panama subsidiary.

Panama, March 1, 2023. Morgan & Morgan Legal advised DMB Dr. Dieter Murmann Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (“DMB”), with respect to the acquisition of 100% of RAYTHEON ANSCHUETZ PANAMA, S. DE R.L. (the “Panama Subsidiary”), as part of the acquisition of DMB of the entire Anschütz Group with its headquarters in Kiel (Germany) and international subsidiaries in Panama City (Panama), Portsmouth (United Kingdom), Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, and Singapore.

Anschütz is both a leading manufacturer and an integrator of navigation, bridge, and mission systems for commercial and naval vessels, as well as an industrial partner in several national and international maritime research projects.

DMB is a diversified medium-sized industrial group also based in Kiel, Germany, which stands for competence in the maritime economy and in international business, for the financial strength of a solid global group, and for a long-term commitment over generations.
