The parallel forum, titled "Round Table Conference on the High-Quality Development of China-Europe Railway Express," was successfully held on the afternoon of June 16th as part of the 13th China Overseas Investment Fair. Notable attendees included He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association，and Chen Huaihai, Director of the Regional Opening-up Department of the NDRC. Xiong Yongjun, President of The Institute of Beijing ZJX Logistics, presided over the event.
