The 13th China Overseas Investment Fair Successfully Held in Beijing

The 13th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIFAIR) was held on June 16 at the Beijing International Hotel Conference Center. Chen Changzhi, Vice Chairman of the 12th National People's Congress, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Foreign ambassadors from 18 countries attended the COIFAIR, including Russian Ambassador Igor Morgulov, Tajikistan Ambassador Zohir Ozod Saidzoda, Pakistan Ambassador Moin Ul Haque, Jordan Ambassador Hussam Al Husseini, Peru Ambassador Marco Balarezo, Guyana Ambassador Anyin Choo, and Ethiopia Ambassador Tefera Derbew Yimam, etc.

With the theme “New Decade of the Belt and Road · New Development of Investment,” The event drew 18 foreign ambassadors, diplomats from more than 130 countries’ embassies and representatives of institutions in China, as well as 500 Chinese and foreign guests and corporate representatives.

COIFAIR mainly engaged in policy-oriented and professional dialogues on the world economic situation, mutual investment, and high-quality cooperation in the joint construction of the Belt and Road. During the event, 16 cooperation agreements were signed between numerous enterprises, domestic and foreign institutions.
