Law office Miroslav Plišo

Miroslav Plišo started his legal career in 1983 with Mr. Ven Bojanovski’s law office. Here, he acquired experience by representing clients before court and public administration bodies and in the civil and tax law cases. After his one year internship, Mr. Pliso joined the law office of Mr. Nikica Valentic and Bosko Misetic, where he practiced civil and companies’ law (civil construction industry).

He passed the Bar Exam in 1987 and opened a joint legal practice with Mr. Zoran Markovic where they represented domestic and foreign companies for corporate legal matters.

In 1995, the practice grew and was called Markovic & Pliso.

After 2012, Mr. Miroslav Pliso established a separate law office and continues to work independently.

From the beginning, his legal practice has focused on rendering legal services at the highest professional level, taking into account the complex commercial and legal aspects of the client's business operation.

During his many years of legal practice, Mr. Miroslav Pliso participated in numerous major transactions and projects in the Republic of Croatia

All these projects implied cooperation between domestic and international law offices, consultancy companies and other professionals.

Mr. Miroslav Plišo continues to foster the best possible outcomes for his clients. For that purpose, he organizes and engages with a great range of advisers who may, according to the highest criteria, knowledge and efficiency, ensure for his client’s  success, applying thereby the principles of cost-effective management and time-saving.
