Listed on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 8032), Viva China is principally engaged in

  • (i) sports competition/event production and management, sports talent management, and provision of sports-related consultancy service; and
  • (ii) operation of sports parks, and property and community development (including sports community) in Mainland China.

Viva China is committed to capturing the commercial value of various sports resources and using major sporting events as a platform for expanding its sports business, and putting forth efforts to build people-oriented sports communities, with an aim to promote a sportive lifestyle across China and improve quality of living among city dwellers.

Viva China engages in the commercial development of various popular sporting events and tournaments with a focus on basketball, badminton, running and table tennis. Since 2013, the Group has secured the commercial rights for commercial management and marketing service for the “School Basketball Leagues” (CUBA, CHBL and CJBL), the largest and most popular sports leagues among schools in China, ranging from junior to high schools as well as colleges and universities. The Group has also secured the commercial rights to participate in coordinating world-class badminton and table tennis tournaments, for example Li-Ning BWF World Championships and Li-Ning DHS Chinese Table Tennis Association Members League. The Group also helps coordinate and promote a series of popular running events in China, such as Li-Ning 10K Running League.

Viva China has been dedicating its efforts to promote a sportive and healthy lifestyle in the community by means of identifying sports communities, property development and sports-related commercial opportunities in the PRC; operating Li Ning Sports Parks; and manufacturing and sales of construction materials. The Group has been managing and operating Yangzhou Li Ning Sports Park since 2015. Capitalizing its strong resources in sports, Viva China intends to develop sports communities that integrate sports elements with residential properties and commercial facilities of other industries, creating a sportive and healthy environment for the neighborhoods across China.

CUBA ranked the 3rd in “The Most Influential Sports League of the Year” of 2015 Weibo White Paper on Sports, the only PRC school league in the list ranked after the world’s famous NBA and Chinese Football Association Super League.
Yangzhou Li Ning Sports Park, the first sports park managed and operated by Viva China, provides citizens in Yangzhou with various integrated sports, health and leisure facilities in arousing their interest to participate in physical exercise.
