Canada's 120MW construction ready wind farm project is seeking buyers to take over its 100% stake in the acquisition of the project. The project, which has been in development for 10 years since 2006, has leased approximately 7,700 acres of land under a long-term lease agreement with a lease term of 25 years and an extension of five (5) years. The project consists of four meteorological towers installed in the project site. Based on the time span and quality of the collected wind data, we estimated a strong wind energy capacity in the region based on an assessment of 4 independent wind resources and we have wind data collected over 10 years based on the site, with a net wind capacity factor of 37 / RTI & gt; The company has all the permits and licenses as well as the right to interconnect facilities. The project also completed a number of research reports:
Research on Winter, Spring and Autumn
Study on Breeding
Bat reconnaissance investigation
General wildlife surveys (ie, amphibians, tail-grouse, burrowing owls, ground squirrels)
Vegetation and rare plants investigation etc.
