It is located on asphalt road in the village of Perdriel 1,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and wineries of national and international renown, located on the first area famous and considered within the "top ten" of the largest wineries for its significant scale by name and great experience, it is one of the flagship stores of the Province of Mendoza.
The same has a warehouse with tank room, a gallery for grinding, cold room for stowage of bottles, underground cellar for aging in barrels and bottles stowage connected to the ship by forklift, tasting room, reception lobby, bar and kitchen, sanitary groups separated for tourists and staff, three offices, waiting room and meeting room.
Has a large garden with automated irrigation spray booth monitoring with automated entry gate, covered car parking, barbecue area with barbecue and oven, bathroom for staff and external surveillance tower closed.
Construction of approximately 2000 m2 covered, was made with walls 30 cm. 50 cm. thick depending on weather incidents and ceilings with standardized to maintain internal temperatures insulation at the lowest possible cost.
The provision of energy, the ability to produce drinking water and treat industrial effluents as well as physical space is planned to triple production capacity and stock vinario.
It is worth mentioning that this is considered an architectural reference project nationwide.
