TCT was the leading company to establish Urban RailTransit Beijing Lab, Beijing International Science and Technology Collaboration Base, Beijing Enterprise Technology Center, and many other national and provincial urban rail industry R&D and experiment platform. TCT has a strong technical background and manpower resource.

Business Scope:

TCT has world leading communication based train control core technologies and equipment, includes, dual information transmission between train and group; comprehensive dispatching and commanding system for the big capacity CBTC system; urban rail FAO technology and comprehensive automation technology. CBTC system is the leading product for TCT with a pivotal position in the national CBTC industry.

Meanwhile, the product has a mission to replace the previously imported CBTC products.

Product or service market: JiLing-hedong line is a traffic main artery of rail transit network in Hanoi.

Infrastructure: Total length of 13KM, route is elevated line, 12 stations, and one car depot, comprehensive maintenance center is set in this car depot. The control center set up in the car depot directly. 4 group train, and 13 cars in early stage. Project construction cycle: JiLing-hedong line project construction time limit from 2009 to 2017, trial operation begins in October 2017. Early stage in 2018, middle stage in 2025 and the forward in 2040.

Construction or investment content and scale: Traffic Control Technology co., LTD., as the project signal system integrator, provide overall integration of signaling system, and responsible for the ATP, ATO, ATS, the supply of interlocking, DCS, MSS subsystem. The project contract value is 153000000.00 RMB, including all train on-board equipment, station, the control center, car depot signal tower, test line, using the library, maintenance center, training center equipment, services and so on.

The requirement for Partners:

1. The bidder must be the manufacturers, distributors, agents, who registered with independent legal person qualification, have the ability to provide the bidding goods, and follow the < Company Law Of The People's Republic of China> as well.

2. consortium is not accepted Project expiry date:Early stage in 2018, middle stage in 2025 and the forward in 2040.
