Under the trend of Chinese enterprises diversifying their oversea investment, their needs are becoming more and more urgent for guidance about the policies of oversea destinations and investment opportunities. Taking ‘One Belt One Road’ as an example, this macro policy has promoted exploitation of value chains of tourism industry in related countries and development of new commercial modes. 2017 GDIS will focus on key countries and regions in the North America, Europe, Asia and Pacific Region, such as the U.S., Canada, the U.K., the East Europe, Thailand, Malaysia , Cambodia and so on, and analyst the global development trend in the macro economic and policy environment, cooperating with the commercial offices, the tourism bureaus the investment promotion offices all over the world. Exploitation of value chains of global tourism industry and new commercial modes will be discussed with the experienced experts in tourism, financial investment, real estate developing and legal consultation and other areas. At the same time, latest local information, trend and investment mode will be shared in the pavilions of the hot destinations, and there will be chances of face-to-face communication between the investors and the excellent investment programs.
Soaring up by 30%, Chinese outbound investment hit its record in 2016, reached USD 188.8 billion. Domestic enterprises have become the core force of China FDI. In 2017, the Chinese outbound investment will progress steadily and investors will concern more about oversea investment risks control and benefits.
“One Belt and One Road” initiative brings challenges among the opportunities , Chinese companies have to face the complex situations including political, economic environment, how to reduce risks and loss becoming a realistic problem that “go abroad” Chinese companies have to deal with.
Under such circumstance, the Global Destination Investment Summit (GDIS) 2017 which organized by the first tourism property magazine Leisure Insight, will be held again on September 5-6th in Shanghai. Based on the previous successful experience, the 2nd GDIS will add content about industrial park and infrastructure investment, and continue to facilitate cooperation through this professional platform.
