[Business Luncheon] The Evolving Regulatory Environment in China and its Implications for Foreign Investors

We will start with a exclusive guided art gallery visit by Hotel Éclat GM Dany Lützel. The visit will begin at 11:45 at the Hotel Éclat Beijing for 30 minutes, followed by a three-course lunch and a presentation.

We are honored to have our guest speaker, Mr. George Yu. Take the China's international commitments in financial sectors as an example, George is going to share his observations and thoughts about the evolving regulatory environment in China and its implications for foreign investors in China.

George has been practicing law for more than 20 years as qualified lawyers in New York, Hong Kong and mainland China. George has solid experience in financial sector transactional and regulatory matters. He is very well known for his representation of international insurance companies in the Chinese market.
