Event Guidelines

CGA Events are a great way to discuss the latest business issues, interact with decision-makers, or simply network to expand your circle. CGA provides comprehensive guidance and support to execute high-level events and achieve maximum impact.

1. Flexible Format

In addition to Events run solely by CGA, members and partners may also run Events either by themselves or in collaboration with CGA
A variety of formats are available, from small 10-12 person executive round-tables to 50-60 person workshops
May last a half day, full day or several days
Joint sponsorship options available if CGA, China Overseas Development Association (CODA), or others speak

2. Benefits

Tailor-made planning available on a case-by-case basis
CGA and CODA to help you invite the right level and type of audience
CGA can manage on-the-ground logistics, including venue booking, reception desk and simultaneous interpreters
Announcement in the CGA Member Bulletin and on the CGA website
Write-up of the event, along with audio and video files, will be posted on the CGA website

3. Cost

Most CGA-run events tend to be free of charge, however this is determined on a case-by-case basis, as appropriate
