Leading Culture Change - Learning Course

As sustainability firmly positions itself as a social and business priority we are increasingly required to prepare for, navigate and lead this paradigm shift. 

Leading Culture Change will prepare participants for the implementation of principles and tools to facilitate a culture change in their organistion, resulting in a collective drive towards positive sustainability outcomes.

The two-day blended course is comprised of 2 facilitated sessions delivered by ISC trainers, and digital resources including change management videos and case studies.

This course recognises participants as change agents in their workplace, using their knowledge and skills to influence without authority and lead the paradigm and mindset shift necessary in their workplace.
