Benefits and contradictions of Mobility : global trend and specificities in China

About the topic: Mobility as a managerial as well as a societal command

Today everyone is expected to be mobile and flexible, changing job, employer, business, places …many times in a life time. But what are the objectives of mobility? Does this imperative of mobility correspond symmetrically to the need of business and the aspirations of the person? Looking at global trends, as well as China‘s specificities, our speakers will present and debate on the challenges and constraints in the management of mobility, and how stakeholders (people, HR, territories…) are addressing these challenges. All aspects of mobility will be discussed : organizational, functional, hierarchical as well as geographical mobility.
