Oman’s tax landscape is changing rapidly. In 2019, excise tax was implemented in Oman. In 2021, VAT was implemented in Oman. The corporate income tax legislation has been subject to ongoing significant amendments. On the horizon, personal income tax may potentially be introduced on high income earners.
