Seminar: Fit for Purpose

Chinese organizations are facing accelerating changes. Collaboration and cross-departmental work has become much more demanding due to high complexity and time pressure of the tasks involved. Digitalized processes of global customers and suppliers will increase this pressure. How effective is your organization managing these challenges? Is cross-functional collaboration aligned and supportive for business outcomes? How useful are established information and communication processes and technologies?

If you want to make your management and workforce of your Chinese organization a winning team and maximize productivity, you need to translate your strategy, your goals and your spirit into the local setting – it is this information that transforms mere elements into a viable system.

In this workshop lunch we will introduce you to a step-by-step approach integrating Governance and strategy, collaboration and knowledge management, skill building and team development. You will hear about how to align an organization to the purpose it is meant to follow and enable managers and employees to understand and commit to what their contribution needs to be.

Get insight and inspiration about how organizations can be transformed iteratively and lastingly. Real case examples will demonstrate how managers and employees effectively align their activities to a common purpose, how they develop collective capabilities and optimize their efficiency while aligning and adapting to new challenges that pop-up!

The workshop is designed for CEOs and executives, decision makers, business developers and Senior HR Managers.
