On 26th March, the British Embassy in Beijing held a workshop on UK visa applications. The workshop provided detailed information on:
Forthcoming changes to the application process (submission of on-line applications)
The different types of UK visa available for business customers
Premium and priority services tailored for businesses
Recent changes to UK working visas
When you should apply for a business visitor visa and when you should apply for a work visa
Common errors that lead to refusals or complications
The session took place at the UK visa application centre in Beijing. All attendees were also given a tour of the application centre to explain what an applicant has to do when making an application.
