Strengthening the innovation ecosystem to empower our world

Welcome to the 2015 UW Innovation Summit in Shanghai, featuring leaders from across the Puget Sound region and China, and showcasing UW innovators at the forefront of developing breakthrough ideas that can change our world.

The University of Washington (UW) connects innovators from academia and industry to address some of the world’s greatest challenges. And through the Global Innovation Exchange, a true joint venture between two pace-setting research institutions - the UW and Tsinghua University - with foundational support from Microsoft, we are forging lasting alliances to help turn shared ideas into innovation with impact.

We hope you benefit from this historic gathering and stimulating discussion with some of our world’s leaders in innovation.
