Biography

Edmond is the Senior Manager (Asia Pacific) of Fragomen’s Worldwide Private Client Practice based in the Hong Kong office where he is responsible for the establishment, operation and management of the Fragomen’s Worldwide Private Client Practice (WPCP).

In this role, Edmond focuses on the on-going enhancement and overall delivery of our service offerings in worldwide citizenship and permanent residency solutions for high net worth private clients, supported by Fragomen’s solicitors and legal professionals. He also works closely with various teams within the firm such as government advisory and marketing, as well as our offices and network of local advisors around the world.

Edmond has extensive experience working with high net worth clients in different capacities, ranging from high-end retail, banking and relationship management, to investor immigration programmes over the last eleven years. He is a regular speaker and panelist at various seminars and events throughout Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe, and has been a contributor on numerous media studies on immigration.

He brings his experience and knowledge of client-facing, product development and financial services to the firm.

Edmond speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese.
