Experience
Emmanuel has advised numerous clientsconcerning their setting up in China, JV negotiation, commercial contracts, labour law, intellectual property law and international tax optimisation.
Emmanuel is also very active in the sport industry: he advised the first European football players to play in the Chinese Super League (1996) and worked on the sport contracts of soccer players in China (Didier Drogba, Guillaume Hoarau, GaëlKakuta, etc.). He advised in the past the Swiss company managing the TV rights of the World Cup and a Chinese Super League Club. He currently represents French national team footballers in China and NBA players. He also advises The Illicit Producers (a movie production company set up by sportmen) and a casual wear brand owned by a famous NBA basketball player.

Emmanuel published many articles and wrote books on China Law. He regularly gives conferences on China law and tax and on the luxury industry in China and Europe. He had a chronicle on China law in a weekly show on BFM Radio.
