Ivy Liu Appointed as Head of DFDL China Desk

DFDL would like to congratulate Ivy Liu on her new role as Head of the China Desk, as it continues to expand in size and importance to our Firm.

We also wish to thank William Greenlee, the outgoing Head, for all of his dedication and efforts in growing this Desk over the last five years, and who will continue to offer close support to Ivy and the Desk over the coming years.

Ivy has practised law for over seven years in both China and Southeast Asia and is now the new Head of the DFDL China Desk. She has expertise in advising developers, lenders and contractors on deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and reviewing project and finance documents, implementation strategies and local compliance with respect to a range of projects within the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure (EMI) Practice Group. She specializes in advising China-based clients on cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on large hydropower projects.

We wish Ivy every success and the best of luck with her new appointment.
