Rex Minerals Limited (“Rex”) advises that Mr Mark Parry has resigned as Managing Director of the Company effective 8 August 2014. In the interim period until a permanent replacement is made, Mr Parry’s role will be assumed by Dr David Carland, acting as Executive Chairman.
