| Up to now, there are 23 airlines in China with the capability of in-flight wireless network service, with a total of 842 aircraft, an increase of 188 aircraft compared with 2020 and a year-on-year increase of 29%. Among them 213 aircraft have ground-to-air communication capabilities. According to preliminary statistics, more than 1.3 million people have used the in-flight internet service this year. In May, CAAC issued the task list of "To do practical things for the People", pointing out that the wireless network service of aircraft is relatively slow at present primarily because of the limitation of communication technology system. |
