The Interamerica Group Attended the Tenth Season of the Latino Leaders Luncheon Series Honoring Richard P. Montañez

Longtime friend of The Interamerica Group, Mickey Ibarra, President and Founder of Ibarra Strategies Group, (ISG), on March 11th launched his tenth season of the Latino Leaders Luncheon Series by honoring Richard P. Montañez, motivational speaker, corporate executive at PepsiCo, and author of A Boy, A Burrito, and A Cookie: From Janitor to Executive. The event was attended by Latino leaders from all over the country and representing various industries. TIG was proud to be in the audience represented by President and CEO, Jerry Pierce Jr. and COO, Kenya Felix. Mr. Montanez received the Eagle Leadership Award for his vision, achievement and commitment to the Latino community. Montanez began his career as a janitor at Frito-Lay and is now leading the Multicultural Sales and Community Promotions across PepsiCo’s North American Divisions. The Latino Leaders Luncheon Series is the only nonpartisan organization where Latinos come together to share their life stories and lessons learned. “The Interamerica Group is proud of its long friendship with Mickey and of being a part of the LLLN since its inception”, said TIG’s President and CEO, Jerry Pierce, Jr.
